Module Reference

Every source file under src/ (tests excluded), what it exports and who depends on it. Paths are relative to src/. The arrows in Used by point at the main consumers; utils/ helpers are used broadly and listed once.

Lower layers never import from higher ones; vscode is imported wherever VS Code objects are needed and is fully mocked in the unit tests.
